FAQ
Things you might be wondering
Is the demo really free?
Yes. We don't ask for payment or card details for the demo, and if you don't like it you owe nothing. We review applications and prepare demos for brands whose stores we think are a good fit.
What's in the demo?
Your new store's home page and one product page, built with your own products, photos, prices and copy, and working on phones too. We send you a private link to review it.
How long does setup take?
Usually 2–4 weeks after you approve the quote. If you already have a store, it stays open and keeps selling during that time.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of products and the features you want. After the demo we send the scope and a fixed price in writing within 48 hours. Payment is 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
Are you a Shopify Partner?
Yes. Octopix Digital is a brand of Entafix, which is registered in the Shopify Partner Program. That's why our request to access your store shows the name Entafix in your Shopify admin.
Why Shopify?
Shopify takes care of hosting, security and updates. You can run your store from your phone and add new features from the app store whenever you need them. That's why we build our store projects on Shopify.
I don't have a website yet. Can I still apply?
Yes. If you sell on Instagram, just enter your account instead of a site in the form and we'll build the demo with the products there. If you haven't started selling yet, message us on WhatsApp and we'll talk through your products together.
