What kind of photo should I send?
A sharp photo of the product on a plain surface in good light is enough; it can be taken with a phone. The more readable the label and logo, the cleaner the result. A few photos from different angles make our work easier.
Does my product change in the image?
No. The product's shape, colour, label and proportions stay the same; only the scene, lighting and background change. We never deliver an image where the product is distorted.
Where can I use the images?
We prepare them in separate sizes for your website, Shopify store, marketplaces, social media and ads. If you'll use them in print, we also deliver print-ready files.
How is the price set?
By the number of products, scenes and formats. Once you share what you need, we send the scope and a fixed price in writing within 48 hours. If you need visuals regularly, monthly design support costs less.
Do you make videos too?
Yes. We turn the images we create into a few seconds of motion for reels, stories and ads: camera moves, changing light or short scenes with the product turning.
