We don't sell fixed packages; every job is priced on its scope. We clarify what you need in the intro call and send the scope and a fixed price in writing within 48 hours. Nothing is charged until you approve, and the price doesn't change during the work.

We don't count revisions. We keep working on the design until you're happy, with no limit on edits that don't change the scope. If you want to take a completely different direction, we talk it through and re-quote.

You see the first draft within 48 hours of approval. A landing page takes 1–2 weeks, a five-page company site 2–3 weeks and a Shopify store 2–4 weeks. Social media and print work usually takes a few days. Everything runs online, so it doesn't matter where you are.

We write the copy together: you tell us about your brand, your goals and what you want to say, and we turn it into language that fits the design. If you have product photos we use them; if not, we create product and campaign visuals with AI, no photo shoot needed.

Yes. We build your store on a theme that suits your brand and code custom sections where the theme falls short, such as campaign countdowns or custom product pages. We upload products, collections and menus, and support you after launch. The store is opened in your own Shopify account from day one, so it is entirely yours. Yes. We set up a simple panel where you can edit text, images and blog posts, and walk you through it at handover. We buy and set up the domain and hosting and add the cost to your invoice, so you never have to deal with the technical side.

You pay a fixed monthly fee and we produce the designs you need through the month, one after another, with no separate quote for each job. It runs under a contract and is invoiced. If you have a steady social media feed, ongoing campaigns or a site that changes often, it costs less than opening separate projects.

One-off projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery; monthly support is invoiced at the start of each month. We always work with a contract and an invoice. You receive the work in ready-to-use formats: optimised images for the web, print-ready PDFs for print. Source files (AI, PSD) stay with the studio; if you need changes later, we make them.

Yes. We move your store from WooCommerce, Wix or another platform to Shopify, with its products, design and old links. First you see a free demo built with your own products. Details are on the Shopify store page.

No, we don't design logos. If you already have one, we build on it and use it consistently in everything from your website to your social media. If you don't have one yet, we suggest settling that first.
