We move your products, pages and old links. Until your new store is ready, your Wix site stays open and keeps selling.
We handle the whole move. Before launch, you browse the new store and check it.
Your products come over with their photos, descriptions, prices and variants.
Your customer list moves to your new store. Customers sign in with a code sent to their email, so nobody has to set a new password.
We also move the pages that sit in the same Wix editor as your store.
Wix exports your products to a CSV file. Three things decide how the move goes.
If a product has more than 3 options
Shopify allows 3Wix allows up to 6 product options. We turn the extra ones into product details or separate products, and you see the result in the demo.
If you sell digital products
They stay out of the exportWix doesn't export digital products yet, so we set those up on Shopify by hand.
If your catalogue is simple
Shopify's own Store Migration appIt brings products and customers over from Wix. We use it where it fits and check every product after the import.

On Wix, products sit under /product-page/, store categories under /category/, blog posts under /post/ and pages right after the domain. Links often carry accented characters or a -1 at the end. Browsers send accented characters encoded, so we add both forms to the redirect list and test each one.
/product-page/crème-linen-tablecloth→/products/creme-linen-tablecloth/category/table-linen→/collections/table-linen/about-1→/pages/aboutThe move happens in three steps.
Your new store's home page and one product page, built with your own products and photos.
3–5 business daysWe set up the new store and move your data. Meanwhile, your Wix store stays open and selling.
2–4 weeksYour domain stays the same. In a short launch window we connect it to Shopify and switch on the redirects.
Launch dayIf, at delivery, your store isn't built with the design from the demo you approved, you don't pay the second half.
We watch Search Console for 30 days after launch. If an address errors, we fix it the same day.
Wix designs can't be copied to another platform. So we redesign your store on Shopify around your brand, and before you decide, you see how it will look in a demo built with your own products.
Shopify takes card payments through Shopify Payments where it's available, or through another provider. We set up payments and shipping during setup and check them with a test order before launch.
Your Wix site stays open until your new store goes live and your domain is connected to Shopify. If you bought your domain through Wix, we plan its transfer too.
Yes. We don't ask for payment or card details for the demo, and if you don't like it you owe nothing.
It depends on the number of products and the features you want. After the demo, we send the scope and a fixed price in writing within 48 hours. Payment is 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
