The terms for using this site, its free tools and Octopix Publisher.

These terms apply to octopix.digital, the free tools on it and Octopix Publisher. By using any of them you accept these terms. Octopix Digital is a web design and e-commerce agency based in Turkey. Email: info@octopix.digital.

The website and free tools

You may use the site and its free tools, such as the store check, for your own information. The results are automated checks and general guidance. They are not a guarantee about your store, and decisions you make based on them are your own. Please don't overload the site, scrape it in bulk or try to break into it.

Octopix Publisher

Octopix Publisher is our internal tool. It schedules and publishes short videos that we make to the social media accounts of Octopix Digital, including our TikTok account. It is not offered to the public, and no outside user can sign in to it.

  • It acts only on accounts owned by Octopix Digital, and only after the account owner signs in and grants permission.
  • Every video is reviewed and approved by us before it is published. The tool shows the account, privacy setting and interaction settings before each post.
  • It uses each platform's official API and follows that platform's terms and community guidelines, including the TikTok Terms of Service.
  • Access can be revoked at any time from the platform's app settings.

Content and intellectual property

The text, designs, videos and code on this site belong to Octopix Digital unless stated otherwise. Brand names and work shown in our references belong to their owners and appear with their permission. You may share links to our pages; please ask before copying content.

Paid services

Paid work, such as building a store, is governed by the written proposal and contract agreed for that project. Those documents take precedence over these terms.

Liability

The site and free tools are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
